Right of withdrawal

For leisure services with a fixed date (e.g. tickets, courses, time-specific reservations) there is no statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g(2) no. 9 German Civil Code. The provider's cancellation terms shown in the confirmation step apply.

For all other services the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Withdrawal must be addressed to the address in the imprint.
