1. Role of FUNtastic. FUNtastic is a platform for discovering and planning leisure experiences. For “with the provider” experiences FUNtastic only refers you and notes your details; the contract is concluded directly with the provider. For “book in FUNtastic” experiences you contract with the named provider; FUNtastic processes payment via Stripe.
2. Prices. Displayed prices are provider guide values; the binding price is the one shown in the confirmation step before payment.
3. Cancellation. Cancellation terms are shown per offer in the confirmation step and in the booking confirmation. For provider reservations the provider's terms apply.
4. FUNpoints. FUNpoints are a loyalty programme without monetary value, non-transferable and may be withdrawn in case of abuse.
5. Content and conduct. Respectful behaviour is required in groups and posts; reports are reviewed and accounts may be suspended.
6. Liability. FUNtastic is not liable for provider services; opening hours, prices and availability are researched with care but may differ (marked ≈ or with an as-of date).
